Reflexology has been used since before 2000 B.C.! & has amazed and astonished people since.
It was modified in the 1930s and 1940s by Eunice D. Ingham, a nurse and physiotherapist. Ingham claimed that the feet and hands were especially sensitive, and mapped the entire body into "reflexes" on the feet, renaming "zone therapy" reflexology.
How do the hands and feet help your body as a whole? The answer is remarkably simple. The fascia sheath that runs from your head to your fingers & toes. When it gets caught up, knotted up, and bound to the other tendons, tissues and organs it causes your body to feel heavy and decreases your range of motion to many degrees. So when you work the ends of the fascia fibers, you can get relief throughout the whole body.
Reflexology was mainly used on the feet first.
A Chinese classic on Internal Medicine, which was written around 1,000 BC, has a chapter on "Examining Foot Method." This is the beginning of discussions in print about the connection of life force and points and areas on the feet
Reflexology points can be found on the ears, hands, feet, face, spine, teeth, and tongue! & I am starting to believe the breasts as well.
Working the fascia at these points will help with Myofascial Release and to rehabilitate and restore not only your fascia and ROM, but your organ functioning as well, leaving you feeling healthier, younger and whole again.

We no longer have natural reflexology on a daily basis because we wear shoes, we aren't meant to be wearing shoes. No more natural reflexology from walking on pebbles, branches, dirt, and water. So let me help you to start to relieve some pain from the "inside" out and give you a reflexology treatment.
This Foot Reflex Chart & Electro-Graph Chakra Chart also include the chakra or energy connections to the body as well. Each color corresponds to each of the seven chakras. Notice they are the colors of the rainbow? These colors help us to heal our mental and physical bodies. Each color corresponds to one of the seven main energy fields.
Very cool!
