Shiobahn is the absolute best!

She has a sixth sense which enables her to go right to the problem areas that is causing my discomfort

& works the fascia which provides great healing.   

Siobhan is one of the most gifted "therapists" I have ever had a treatment from. Her knowledge of the body and how she does her massages is amazing! Treat yourself to a wonderful massage, I promise you won't be disappointed.

I had my first massage with Siobhan last night.

It was AMAZING! As a busy woman, I don't typically do a lot for myself.

The massage I received was worth every penny.

It has been years since I have had such a wonderful massage.

I wen t home and booked an appointment for my husband and my daughter.

The stiffness and tension I was experiencing were gone when I woke up this morning.

I will be a regular client with Siobhan.

My name is Eric Brown and I am fifty years old. I have lived an active lifestyle whether it was martial arts or working out at my local gym. Unfortunately in July of 2015 I suffered a whiplash injury. I went to physical therapy for a while with no pain relief. I was unable to continue going to the gym or do any martial arts training. Then, two and half months ago I was introduced to Siobhan at "H.E". She has been treating me with deep tissue massage. With her knowledge of the body and her skills as a massage therapist, she has made it so that I am back to the gym and getting my lifestyle back!

If anyone wants to get their lifestyle back, I can sum it up in one word: SIOBHAN!

Siobhan does deep tissue massage very well.

I've been going back for several months. She's brought me some relief, as she works hard to loosen up all areas of pain and tightness (in my 60 yr. old, arthritic body). Relaxing massage, with focus on pain-reduction. She's "released" knots that have been an issue for me for many years. She is strong, but also gentle (esp. when I request less pressure). She has "smart" ie. intuitive hands; seeking out knots & other problem spots.

I highly recommend Siobhan!

so soothing and relaxing for a period of time and then,

she shifts gears and applies perfect pressure for all of my troubled areas, particularly lower back and hips, for which I am grateful.

It is a no nonsense approach, as it is all about doing what you request,

I've had a lot of deep tissue massage,

but Siobhan hands down ranks among THE BEST in Maine.

She found all of the spots that are most bothersome to me, and some more, and explained some reflexology points with the promise to look others up after I left my appointment.

She is amazing, and I booked my next visit before even leaving my first appointment, which I have never done before!

....the knots I've had that she removed, I didnt know existed

and I no longer have severe spine lower back pain

after just one spine deep tissue massage...

Went in feeling stressed out and tense from a hard week..

came out the other side feeling like clay... nice job.

I love my massages with Siobhan.

In the past, deep tissue massage left me feelings bruised, but not with her.

She has given me more range of motion at my previous fractured shoulder.
