My innovated way to practice yoga helps accelerate the energy through our hands. Helping to facilitate and enhance the meditation and cleansing. With the way that I change the hand positioning above the head, it helps to create a full circle of energy.

Circles are an ancient way to facilitate healing and growth.

I have even incorporated them into my massage therapy regime and have had nothing but fantastic results.
