All about fascia and the way it has changed my life!
Restoring my own fascia system has been a significant life changer for me and plays a crucial part in taking care of myself and my clients.
By releasing the muscle and fascia tension, I am able to relieve a lot of PTSD and OCD, it has helped with memory and vision problems, it has greatly increased my range of motion, and is continuing to help with many other personal health issues, such as bad vision, posture and breath.

I have been saying this since 2012:
"I am able to feel emotions leave my mind and body
when I release deep, stiffened fascia and tension."

"The idea that tissues may possess some sort of memory is a controversial topic in manual medicine, calling for research and clinical exploration. Many bodyworkers, at some point in their practice, have experienced phenomena that may be interpreted as representing a release of memory traces when working on dysfunctional tissues. This feeling may have been accompanied by some type of sensory experience, for the therapist and/or the patient. In some cases, early traumatic experiences may be recalled. When this happens, the potency of the memory may be erased or eased, along with restoration of tissue function. Hence the questions: can memories be held in the fascia? And: are these memories accessible during manual fascial work?"

"For every mental problem or "mental" 'knot,'
there is a corresponding bodily knot; and vice versa. "

Way before fascia had ANY significance in the medical world.
This chart shows how even the small knots we get in our hands,
can severely impact our mental abilities and functioning.
